Roger Swinburn established his executive search business in Budapest in 1998. Until early 2009 the company held a licence to operate within the Boyden group. From April of 2009 the company has become independent and extended its coverage throughout Central & Eastern Europe. This move is in recognition of clients wanting a single point of contact and consistent standards for searches throughout the region. In August 2010 a separate recruitment division was launched.
